How about making the cutest little snowman pop up card!

This one might look like it’s tricky to make but it is in fact a really simple and quick project for kids.

It is pretty simple to make, once you understand how to fold and cut the different parts, and I am sure, once your kids master this, they will come up with all kinds of different characters that can be made in a similar way.

Do you think of the colors of the rainbow? Even when the world is covered in white snow, if you bundle up and take a stroll, you’ll see that there is color everywhere

Snow is on the way, and as Hedgie trundles around the farm all his friends tell him of the winter-time fun he will miss as he hibernates.

Hilarious and wholesome - It's sure to send every kid you know to his knees in a breath-stealing, side-splitting, uncontrollable fit of giggles.

This wintry game is a fun way to incorporate some of your kids’ favorite snow-themed songs into playtime. Have kids sit on the floor in a circle. Play a popular snowy day song or carol. While the song plays, kids will pass a top hat around from player to player. When a child receives the hat, she must place it on her head, and then remove it and pass it to the person next to her. This continues until the music stops (at random intervals). When the music stops, the person wearing the hat must stand up, pretend to melt, and remove himself from the game. The last player left wearing the hat wins a prize. You may also award smaller prizes to kids as they “melt” away from the game, and then save one larger prize for the winner.

Snow Day

It happened while we were all asleep
Snow had fallen six feet deep
The temperature was ten below
All the roads were blocked with snow
"No school today," the radio said
Stay at home in your cozy bed
So I quickly dressed
And jumped on my sled!
