Peach Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat or 1 percent lowfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2 Paper Plates
Markers, Crayons, or Color Pencils
2 Craft Sticks
Balloon
Easy Step-by-Step Directions:
Decorate two paper plates with markers, crayons, and colored pencils.
Glue a large craft stick to the back of each paper plate so half of the stick extends past the edge of the plate.
While the glue is drying, blow up a round balloon.
Clear an open space in the hallway or living room and let the kids play. Keep score of how many times the kids can hit the balloon without it falling to the floor and reward them with the Candy Medals from this month's Value Seekers Club page!
